DK Transportbaand ApS takes over all activities in BB Flex A/S from the 16. May 2011, and brings all activities together in our new production and administration facilities in Nyborg, Denmark. The acquisition has been established in connection with Birger Boutrup’s planning to withdraw from the labor market because of age. Birger Boutrup continues in DK Transportbånd where we in the coming years will use Birger Boutrup's years of experience. We are looking forward to a good co-operation.
